My technician was thorough and friendly.Last time I had you out you did a good job as well.Customer service was able to find the appointment that was good for me.

Your service men are terrific, but your front office personnel still are not what they should be. The guy that called me regarding my appointment was laughing and giggling through our talk and I can tell you he had no idea what I said nor did he care. The field is great but office has a very long way to go to even come close to customer service. Bill was my service agent on 4/8/14 and was just terrific

DeParr Mason did a good job on my carpet. He was very polite and efficient in his work. The carpet looks very good now. It did take longer to dry than I was originally told over the phone, but Deparr said that it might because of the weather.
