My Tech Ken was very knowledgable about the products also where and why I should use them. We just bought a house and didn't know what the carpet stains where. It was clean, no chemicals were used, there were no strong odors, it removed spots and stained arrears that we never thought would come out without harsh detergent of some sort.
It was done in a very timely manner and dried much faster than we had anticipated. Overall

Most of the spots disappeared after cleaning and the fragrance was pleasant, however I scrubbed some of the stubborn spots the next day and saw better results.

The service gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job. He discussed what he had to do in order to remove pet stains and gave me the quote. The carpets look awesome. I am pleased and will use Zerorez in the future.

I really appreciate that Zerorez is a green company. As the Director of a day-school for Preschool age children, where many have asthma or suffer from allergies, it gives peace of mind to all adults to have non-toxic, non-soap products on sanitized carpets!

What I like about the products and services is that everything stated in the advertisements has held true. There's not been any residue left behind to attract dirt, spots and cause the carpet to re-soil in the same areas. They deliver what they promise in the way of cleanliness and timeliness as well. I will use them again and recommend them!!!
