Prompt, excellent cleaning job, price was right, gentleman who cleaned my carpet was courteous and after he cleaned it he asked me to inspect it to see if there were any areas needing more attention. There were none. In fact a few spots were clean that had been there an long time. Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I have already recommended your company to some friends. Word of "mouth is best advertising".

I like that the service technicians, arrive well in advance of the scheduled time. I've found both of them, most recently Jarvis I think, to be quite customer focused.

We have a very big dog that weve had since he was six weeks old... Which means getting house broken. As any puppy owner knows, they dont always make it outside on time. My carpets look great and the no soapy residue is huge! The house had a nice light clean smell. The service representative (Anthony Thomas) that came to my home was amazing. He exemplifies the meaning of customer service. He took the time to explain the process and tough stains and even provided me with detailed product information. If this is the standard you set for your technician's it's no wonder you all are so successful!
