Pretty much everything. Your product/system and personnel are the best in the business.

However, you should seriously consider providing your techs with plastic furniture slides etc and permit them to shift furniture for customers on a limited basis.

Perhaps you could even sell plastic furniture slides, they are available at Home Improvement stores etc. That way you can leave them with the customer for future use etc.

You should also provide your techs with plenty of personal business cards that they can give out after their jobs. We thought that our tech drove away with our pet cat stowed away in the back of his van (he didn't), and wished that we could have called him directly to check.

The results exceeded my expectations! 17 year old off white carpet came 99% clean on some really tough stains.

My carpets were about 8 months old but very soiled but your product made look new again. The technician was pleasant and informative. In addition the sofa and bedroom chairs are more richer looking! I am sold on Zerorez.
