Time spent really working to ensure the carpet is clean
I like the fact that no chemicals are used to clean the carpet and that my carpet is not crunchy after it dries.
No residue, professional cleaner. My experience with Zerorez was great from my initial call to make the appointment until the guy who cleaned our carpet left. Communication was excellent. There was no problem when we decided to change from whole house cleaning to several rooms. Easy to do business with and excellent customer service,
The young man from the company explained the difference in having carpets cleaned this way and the way most other places clean. Went right to work and did an excellent job.
Very clean. Not much dampness.
I live that the products are very environmentally friendly, the technicians could not have been nicer more knowledgeable, affordability and range of services.
Quick, friendly service. No chemical and the carpet looks great.
Outstanding on time service. Carpet feels "fresh" not just clean.
Carpet feels great
I was very pleased by the products and service. My only disapointment was that the dark edges around the carpet where dust had collected (next to the walls) did not all come clean.
Promptness, courteousness, quality of work, professionalism.
Chemical free and on time
The technician was very professional and the service/product was as advertised.
Incredibly professional cleaning professional who was able to remove spots that we thought we would be permanently stuck with. Our carpet looks fantastic! Your representative was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

100% THRILLED with the results. With three small children, we had out off cleaning our carpets for the past few years and they were in bad shape. All I can say is that Zerorez did an AMAZING job and were so professional and nice. Don't hesitate. Call now! Products used were environmentally safe, no chemicals, or smells. My carpets look BRAND NEW. I'm telling everyone I know to use them. Wonderful!!!!!
