He came by to start the job at 5pm (when most people are going home from work to be with their families). He was so pleasant, energetic, professional, and thorough. He was ready to tackle the 3 rooms and hall I had ordered, and said if I needed any additional rooms cleaned, he would be happy to do them before he left.
