I like that Zerorez uses very little water to clean the carpets. Other systems literally injects gallons of water into carpet and into the carpet padding. Then the other companies want the consumer to think they could vacuum all the water out of the carpet and padding. I can't imagine trying to do that with anything else. Can you imagine soaking your clothes in soapy water and then attempting to vacuum the soapy water out?? I don't think so.
Your system cleans very well and your tech are very professional. I would use again.
