I was happy with the results and the tech was very nice. However, I was disappointed when the truck broke down and it took 3 times longer then it should have to clean carpets.

I will recommend Zerorez to other business's and I will recommend Erik as a salesman. Twice our floors were done and we were not satisfied. Erik made sure that our floors were completed and that they were completed the right way. I appreciate the value that he placed on us, as his customer
