Anthony Jackson was on time and very professional. He looked over the areas I needed cleaning, explained what he would do and spent 2 hours working hard to clean my carpets. I had one area where my cat had continually sprayed and Anthony kept coming back to that area scrubbing until he was able to get it cleaned. When he finished he wouldn't even let me tip him. My previous experience with another cleaning service was very different. Two men quickly went over the carpets and then offered additional cleaning services for free if I would tip them with cash. I will never use another service other than Zerorez and I will always ask for Anthony Jackson!
