It was as clean as promised, I especially like that it disinfected the carpet. My granddaughter had been on chemo, she is about ready to crawl and I feel that she is safe on the carpet now.
The person I talked to when I scheduled was the only negative part of the experience. He wasn't focused on what he was doing, having to ask for the same info multiple times, even though much of it was already in his computer.

The technician was very nice and I think did a through job. If he is still working with you folks I would like to have him back the next time. Also the price quoted over the phone was the price after the job was done with no add ons for cleaning supplies or small spot cleaning. The carpet looks almost like new.
