We have pets, and just the traffic pattern from ourselves and the dogs...well, the beige carpet didn't look like beige any more. They came out, did the whole house and the carpet looks new again!!! I HIGHLY recommend them, but particularly to anyone with pets.

The water used to clean the carpets really works. I use it throughout the home and previous spots never draw dirt back. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean carpets and/or upholstery.
