I was very pleased with my recent service from ZEROREZ. Having spent many hundreds of dollars on consumer grade sprays and "steamers" I was still left with a very dirty carpets. After the first visit from ZEROREZ, my carpets looked great! Anyone with a 6 month old puppy can testify that is not an easy task. From the time I called for information till the time the technician was completed, I was constantly impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by all.
