Zerorez technicians arrived on time but I was the one 15-20 min away to reach home, I appreciate the grace period of 30 min. Also, both technicians were answering my questions, provided options that I didn't know that could be incorporated for area rugs to be cleaned at home, and last minute decisions were met with a positive attitude! I appreciate all the hard work and very satisfied with the final cleaned carpets. Thank you!

The gentleman working on our home was amazing! We was a great communicator and friendly. He also did the job really well and then confirmed thing were to our liking after each room was finished. The service guy explains what could come out of the carpet and what will not. He did a great job getting the dirt out but some of the stains not so good, but he had told me they weren't going to come out.
