Your tech did a great job. Our carpet was in bad shape. It looks new again.

The crew did a very thorough job, were courteous and polite, explained what they were doing.

Unfortunately, they were to show up no later than 6:00 PM but didn’t arrive until 6:45 and left around 9:15. Additionally they couldn’t get the vacuum unit started. I discovered the battery cables were loose. I was able to get contact so they could start the unit and start the project.
