Steve got rid of significant stains in our carpet, leaving our carpet feeling clean and renewed. He was professional, communicated in a deliberate and clear way, and overall took care of us.

Great service!!

Everything went well. Technician was very professional. The only issue we had was that the carpet stayed really wet for a much longer period of time then we had been told. We had fans ceiling & floor fans on the carpets. It took a good 12 hours to dry & 24 hours in some places.

Zerorez arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had my air ducts cleaned (2 units) and the 3-room carpet cleaning special. They were very professional, showed be pictures of before and after (ducts) and pleasant to work with. The ducts were definitely cleaner and the carpet looked good too. The duct cleaning was a little pricey, but they did honor all the specials that they had running at the time. Overall, I'd give them a 10.

I wasn’t able to have my air ducts cleaned due to the technicians informing me that my return wasn’t accessible. They did clean my dryer vent however they had to return for a follow up visit weeks later because they didn’t clean the outside dryer vent.
