The whole service procedure was explained to me very well. I had some concerns about old pet urination spots. I was told you could come back to
take care of those spots if there was a problem. The carpet cleaning left my carpets looking and smelling totally clean. One cleaning visit took care of it!

I would not have imagined how good the carpet would look after the ZeroRez cleaning in my dad's house. He had quite a number of pet stains also and I'm very pleased with how clean it is now.
I loved the product/hot water cleaning treatment. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive and skeptical at first about the thought of soap free. However, I was amazed to visual see the remarkable difference in my carpet during the cleaning process. Although, a couple tougher stains were not able to be removed, I am very pleased with the appearance of my carpet. Also, the Service technician John was very polite and detailed with the process. John's personality, timeliness process and his attention to detail made this an excellent customer experience. I will definitely refer your cleaning service to others and call on your services again.
