The technician was honest, hard working and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with him. I think his name was Thomas. He cleaned carpet and steamed bathroom tile. It turned out much better than I expected!

Technician was great!
The tech called before arrival and showed up on time. He did a great job explaining how they get pet stains and odor up and the work was true to what he told me. No more stains. No more odor. He was respectful of my home and my time.
