I liked the fact that there wasn't any type of detergent used for the cleaning. My house smelled super fresh and it still does a week later... Not to mention the technician was very professional, and he paid attention to detail when cleaning. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome, and I will use Zerorez again!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Carpets are cleaner than ever. Technician was wonderful. Other than his van breaking down in my driveway, the experience was wonderful. Should consider parking on the street, as I was blocked in by the disabled van (he was waiting 2+ hours for a tow) and needed to leave.

The results are are amazing with only a nice clean smell and minimal dry time
