I like the fact that it is chemical free and actually works. I have young children and pets so that was a big concern for me. The guys who came to get rug were right in time (actually a bit easy), were efficient, professional, and personable. The vent cleaning crew was wonderful. They found mold and referred me to the help I need, set me up with a purifier, and gave me valuable advice about the process. Excellent service! I'm grateful.
