Unfortunately, even after paying extra for the pet odor enzyme treatment in two rooms the odor is still very noticeable :( That's my only complaint with the cleaning.

I liked the fact that there wasn't any type of detergent used for the cleaning. My house smelled super fresh and it still does a week later... Not to mention the technician was very professional, and he paid attention to detail when cleaning. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome, and I will use Zerorez again!
