I like that there are no chemicals, no residue left in the carpet. The process was quick and the representatives were very nice and professional. The only thing I was not thrilled with is the price is so high. The high cost is what would cause me to not use the services very often.

My very dirty carpets come clean and stay clean for a lo g period of time. I have 3 dogs that are hunting dogs so they have a lot of oil in their fur.
