Carpets feel clean.
Jeremiah pulled soap residue from my previous spot cleaning attempts. I was happy to see the soap gone out of my carpet for good. He was informative and took a proper amount of time to do a job well done.
They cleaned the stains out of the carpet and it looked brand new! It did not take that long to dry either after the technician left.It's a pricier service than most but in our case with the pet stains and odor, it was well worth it.
No odor after, no residue, and the technician was friendly, professional and explained what he needed to do, but he also explained why- pros and cons of what the services did for me and my carpet.
