I was really appreciative of the rep who came to do the cleaning, I live in a townhome with the carpeted bedrooms on the 4th floor and had a company out the week before Zerorez who couldn't do the cleaning because of the height. Your guy ran the hose over my balcony and it worked perfectly!

Loved the smell or lack of. I have 3 dogs and my little one had been urinating on the area rugs. Usually after I get my carpets cleaned, there is a musty smell. When I came home to an amazing, clean smell, I was very pleased. It's the absolute best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced.
