Zerorez really gets the carpets cleaned and sanitized and gets rid of stains so well. I had red clay footprints tracked on my white carpet all up my stairs, hallway and bedroom. Zerorez got it out with no problem and the carpets dried so fast! I also love knowing there is zero soap or detergents used, so I won't have any nasty build up in my carpet. Zerorez truly cleans carpets.

Very nice. Very clean. The only problem I have is when we are given the quote on the phone it total different when the technician comes out the price is different again. They are not calculating the steps the same as the office person given the quote does.

Our 12-year-old light gray carpet looks brighter now. Our family is down on the carpet all the time: playing games, doing homework, having sleepovers, walking bare feet; so we cannot afford to have chemicals in our carpet. Zerorez provided a chemical-free cleaning service. That is one of the main reasons I contacted the company. Kyle, our technician was on time and very polite.
