The carpets are beautifully clean and smell nice on top of that.

Just as a note,
the exhaust from the machine inside the van is very hot and the heat killed a bush that happened to be near it. You may want to caution technicians about keeping that clear of vegetation. It is not a problem for me as the HOA will replace the bush.

The man who cleaned my carpeting ( Nathan) was prompt, worked very hard and was very pleasant. He explained what he was doing,how long we should expect for it to dry. He was very professional. I would certainly pass his name and the company on to friends, etc. Lanee Last name removed.

I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use any soaps or chemicals to be left in the carpet. The carpet also is not left extremely wet afterwards and takes minimal drying time.

Dry time was quick on the carpet. The technician was on time, professional, and very personable. He did such a great job that I asked him if they did dryer vent cover cleaning. Not only did he say yes, but he called on his phone to get a quote and set up the appointment . Even though I could get it done cheaper, I was so mpressed with zero rez that I went with them and made the appointment . It is refreshing to deal with such professionals. I would highly reccomend them.

Jared cleaned them and was terrific, Anthony and a co-worker delivered an area carpet Jared took in to have cleaned and they moved my dining room furniture, laid the carpet AND new pad I purchased from you folks.
