After the rugs dried in my downstairs on this last visit, there were still some spots that could use additional cleaning. Please have someone contact me to set up an appointment to re-work these areas. Just to let you know, these areas looked fine until they dried, so it was not the fault of your employee.

Upfront pricing that is fair and realistic. There are add-ons available (spot treatment for pet stains, etc.) but they are discussed with the client and not simply tacked on as a "surprise" at payment time. Also, there is no "hard sell" of additional products. If the client declines the technician doesn't keep trying to persuade OR offer a "deal that's good today only and just for you my friend" etc.
Our technician (Julie) was prompt, very knowledgable, and most professional. I will specifically ask for her to provide our next cleaning.
