Your technician was very professional and did an excellent job. My carpets had not been cleaned in over a year. Therefore, you can imagine the state in which my carpets were in. In the past, I have had services from Sears and Stanley Steamer but I have not had this level of clean carpets. After your services, my carpet fibers were literally standing up. In addition, the carpet was not wet or soggy. Wow, I can't really express how please my family and I are with your service and product. I will definitely choose your company again. Very friendly technician made the whole thing go smoothly and easily.

The tech was polite and explained why he wasn't going to Scotch Guard my sofa and chair and all the steps he was taking to clean my sofa and chair. He was polite and communicated with me. I very much appreciated that.
Only suggestions I would like to make is to possibly consider offering seniors discounts!!

Very clean, quick and great service

The experience was outstanding. I have had 2 very poor experiences. What a welcome change. The technician Aaron was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had several deepstains in the carpet. They completely disappeared after his treatment. He also treated our home with respect.His equipment did not mar the walls or make excessive noise. He was very very neat. We just left the area in his care and he completed the job in record time. He explained the process as he went. He showed us the results half way thru the first room.
He did a walk thru with both of us. We still have not walked with our shoes on the carpet. It was just spectacular. Wow. I was just about to replace the carpet. Now I can wait. Thanks so much. The whole house price was so reasonable also. We are planning to do some extra cleaning in the basement office and a kitchen rug. I definitely have recommended the services to my co workers who where waiting for my response.

Eric and Ernesto were very polite, and caring, They took their time and did a superb job! They pre-treated and cleaned slowly and methodically! My carpeting looks 100% better! They removed stains that I had no hope of getting rid of! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone!
