Actually, I was going to suggest that more than one person come out to service the carpet cleaning. Perhaps someone was sick on the day of my appointment. The job could have been completed much faster if the worker had someone to help manuver all of the hoses etc. up and down stairs.

The Zerorez employees were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, concerned individuals and Zerorez is fortunate to have them. The products/services that I have purchased have been of much higher quality than I have previously experienced here and in other cities/states -- carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning, air purifiers. I have not found another company in this category that compares.
