The technician was prompt and informative. Not all my stains came out, but overall the carpet looks great.
Although only a few years old, our carpets felt clammy and matted from various cleaners and shampoos. ZeroRez removed the matted, clammy texture and now they look, smell, and feel clean when we walk on them.
