Both the scheduler, Beverly, and the specialist, Reggie Avery, were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning with the onboard water removal left a fresh clean smell rather than a perfume odor. This prevented any dirty water being dumped down my toilets! Reggie was finished in a short amount of time as well.
