I like the 30 day guarantee that if anything were to happen after the carpet is cleaned ZeroRez will come out and re-clean the carpet for nothing. I have used this company numerous times with more than one house and have always been extremely please with the results. I also like the fact that the carpet is dry within 30 to 40 minutes.
