Client Testimonials

Polite and conscientious technicians...consistent service!!!

We are very pleased with the results. Our carpet is getting old, but the cleaning turned out really good. The cleaner, Nathan (Nate), was extremely polite (very good manners.) He looked our carpet over and was very thorough in his explanation of the process. He seems to be dedicated to providing the very best results possible. We will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you for your good service.

The knowledge and expertise of the technician. He explained the process of what would be done before and during the cleaning. What would be cleaned and what might not, so there were no surprises.

I like that the employees you have are always very friendly and work hard. I appreciate that your products are safe for my family and pets although I blame them for me having to employee your services.;)

Tim was courteous ,on time ,very .very polite he spoke well ...we were very impressed . Tim is a great representative of your company ....kudos to you guys .....like to steal he for my business !!!!

When I see that there are so many companies offering carpet cleaning, it is similr to my seeing that there is an overabundance of lawyers, realtors, lawn service companies--the list is a long one. With that in mind, it is like finding gold if anyone can find a company who, while among many, actually does what it says it can do. And it is icing on the cake, if the company can do it well. Zerorez did a very fine job and Lamont, your technician knew his business and was most pleasant.
