The Zerorez representative, Logan, who cleaned our upholstery went above and beyond. His van had broken down on the way down our street. Our daughter was moving the next day, and we were in a time crunch to have the job done. Rather than delay us, he called around and found someone to replace his vehicle so he could finish our job. He was very kind, especially considering that we were his last stop late on a Friday afternoon. He took the time to show us the comparison between the cleaned and non-cleaned portions...quite an improvement! I appreciate his dedication, and I would gladly recommend your service.
