I like the idea that you use water to clean the rugs. Nate was prompt and took time to answer all questions. It did not take Nate long to do a large family room, master bedroom, hallway and sunroom. We have used Zerorez before - you did my sunroom furniture and kitchen chairs. I will use your company again and also tell our friends. I was skeptical about the fact that you did not move furniture. So we picked up some "sliders" and my husband had all the furniture out of the above rooms in about 2 hours and he did not hurt his back. I am glad we requested an early appointment so the floors had an opportunity to dry before night time.
The service was better than expected and since we have had been serviced by the same individual previously we had high expectations.
