Natural, no soaps/residue
They did a very good and thorough job. My carpet looks almost new.
They seem to be very effective, our carpet smells SO much cleaner and almost all of the pet smell is gone! The technician that came out to work with us was very up-front about the likelihood of getting all of our pet stains out, so we knew they wouldn't all go away, but we are still amazed at the reduction in visibility of SO many of them!
