The service man was very nice and worked with me to be sure the stains were removed. He shared the guarantee with me and helped me understand what to do if the stain were to return.
Serviceman was very polite and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets.
People are courteous and pay attention to details. They removed most of the stains on the carpet. They strip and wax the tile floor in the break room. The floor looks shinny clean and they even lifted the rusty marks left by the steel table legs. I would recommend there service to others.
I really appreciated Tim - he was so friendly and professional, and the new guy who was with him was equally as nice and attentive to all of my concerns. I would love to have them return to my house in the future. The only disappointment I had was that the hose that was used to carry the water inside from the Zero Rez truck was on my laminate wood floor in the front foyer, and it was leaking and caused some of my laminate wood tiles to buckle - that was very disappointing since I just had the laminate wood surface put in the house a little over a year ago. It has taken several attempts for me to remove the residue from that area. I would encourage in the future that a towel or something absorbent be placed under the hoses if they are leaking. But, they did a great job on my carpet.
The reason for my satisfaction is the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He put my family at ease and did an outstanding job! It would be great if we could have that technician service all of our properties. Minimal Chemicals, also a plus.

The customer service you provided was excellent. I appreciated the call about 1/2 hour before your technician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to tell me exactly what he could and could not accomplish. He took great care of my home and left no mess. My carpet is 10 year's old and when it dried it looked almost new. I was extremely pleased with the service.
