The technician took great care to insure the carpet was clean. He didn't rush through the job. I also like the promise that there is no residue. With other carpet cleaners, there has been residue that made the carpet get dirty again when we walked on it within a few days.
i really like that all the technicians are employees of Zerorez and not contractors. This carpet is in my 90 year old Dad's house. Dad had tried to clean spots on the carpet with resolve and it was really a mess. The technician did a great job of undoing what Dad had done.

Your service techs were very polite and very knowledgeable as they cleaned our air ducts. I asked a lot of questions while I watched them work. All my questions were answered & I learned a lot about the importance of keeping my air ducts clean. My home is 30+ years old. My husband & I have lived here for 13 years. To my knowledge, this was probably the first air duct cleaning for our home.I am sure that we will see a difference in our air filter, when we change it in 3 months. Thanks again for a great job well done.

Deparr Mason was extremely conscientious and diligent. He walked around my house with me and gave me his best estimates as to what everything would cost. I think he gave us the best deal possible with specials. He also spent a couple of hours cleaning carpet and our couch. I will ask for him again.

I had to replace my walkin shower floor. The workmen really messed up my carpet. I tried everything I could with everything I could and was going to replce it.
