I have used you about six times now and am always happy with the result. However, you do need to get your pricing consistent. each time I am quoted a very different number for the exact same service. Makes me a bit wary sometimes but I save all of my old receipts so we usually get it straight.

The carpets dried a lot quicker than with previous companies I have used. They also feel very soft and look great. The technician was very polite and answered all questions. He did a great job. I am very pleased with your company and will definitely recommend you and use you again myself in the future.

I was a skeptic in beleiving that Zerorez could change my mind about replacing my carpet. They proved me wrong. The technician (Aubrey) was very courteous and explain in detail, each step in how he would be cleaning the carpet. He was upfront and honest with me about the red stains and how he may not be able to get them out. Although they did not come up completely, the carpet looks great and I will keep it. Aubrey did a fantastic job! I will recommend zerorez to all of my friends.

The products do exactly what you say they will do. There were 13 puppy spots on my near-white living room carpet; we had given up on getting them out and covered them with a rug. One treatment and I have no need for the rug. This carpet is DuPont, 20+ years old, well handled and maintained with the exception of the pet stains. The $200. cleaning saved the $ I was about to spend to replace all of the carpet. The guys that did the work explained in detail what they would do, how long it would take and what to expect. They were punctual and did exactly what they said. The results was exactly what they said it would be. The crew was very professional and at no time did I feel uncomfortable with them. It is very hard to find any business that represents itself accurately and gets results that makes you feel like you got what you paid for.This is an outstanding company and I intend to use every service they offer.
