The tech was quick and did a good job. He did forget to leave me a spray bottle of solution. Was on time and took great care in the home. Very satisfied. One thing I will say is that I only had one room. Tech did push to do other rooms or upholstery and I didn't need it. Kept on but I have hardwoods and really didn't need the extra services. He also was relentless about the writing a review. This was a little annoying so maybe tell them to be a little less aggressive about reviews and other services.

Kerry - the service technician who performed our cleaning was VERY professional and did a great job. The online scheduling was easy and the confirmation calls made for a seamless scheduling experience. I appreciated the call prior to Kerry's arrival. He was early, which was appreciated, but I had an hour of advance warning of his arrival.

Our technician (Emmanuel) was extremely professional and very nice. He even took the time to show me how our 2nd floor turned out (great) before moving on to complete the first floor carpet cleaning. He was able to get all of the stains out of our carpet (even nail polish and marker) and greatly improve our high traffic areas. We will definitely be using Zerorez again. Thanks, Emmanuel!

For 2 out of the 3 times I have used your service, the technicians have seemed sincerely interested in the job and how to get the best result. They also have the ability to calculate and explain charges. Besides these two things, the carpets look and smell clean.
