The service was great. The tech. was on time, friendly, careful not to track any dirt into the house and professional. He explained all my options and gave me as much detail about the product that I wanted. My carpets are as clean as I can ever remember.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing, which I think is very important and I appreciated that. He even brought in a couple of boxes for me that were on my front porch, left by FedEx! What a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my carpets, and they look brand new now, and for 7 year old carpets, it's a wonderful thing! I love the fact that there aren't any chemicals used in the cleaning process, so it's safe for my toddler to play on the carpets. My sister told me about Zerorez and the great job they did for her, so I thought I would give them a try. I have two more rooms that need carpet cleaning and will have them back as soon as I can get the rooms ready. Going forward, I will only use Zerorez, as I have never found another carpet cleaning company to be as professional(and I'm very picky) or do such a great job cleaning my carpets. Outstanding customer service, which is so hard to find these days.
