I had a few pieces of furniture cleaned. The technician told me the process and the price before starting the job. My furniture was clean and dry before he left. I liked that they use as little liquid as possible, and a drier so that the furniture can be used soon after.

Having heard about Zerorez on WSB radio for a long time, I finally had to get our carpets done and so I thought I would try the special offer. Spencer arrived early, which was great, and he explained the process to me, the time involved and went right to work. I was glad that I was informed ahead of time to vacuum thoroughly (which I did and now I know why). That the more thorough the prep, the better the results. I mean, for the great price, homeowners should not expect that Spencer (or any tech) should break his back to move their furniture and that his job is to use the machine to clean the carpet which is what the agreement is for. That helps keep the price down and if a homeowner wants their entire room carpet cleaned, then get the furniture out of his way. I thought that there might be two people so I left a few pieces thinking that one of the techs could help me move it but Spencer was nice enough to lend a hand but that was my fault. Next time, I will have everything out of the room for to make cleaning easier, quicker and more thorough. For the price, it really is a great deal for the great results you get!

So, Spencer was terrific and I was so pleased to have used Zerorez. I would definitely use again when I am ready to get the other rooms cleaned. I was amazed/impressed when Spencer cleaned a path on the living room rug (four years of heavy traffic and a furry outdoors dog) which dramatically showed the effects of the power of your ionized water process. It is great not having any chemical/soap residue left on the fibers. I heartily recommend this company and have told my neighbors about you! Thanks so much,

The carpets came out looking fantastic. I was very surprised that all the stains came out. I also was expecting a sales pitch about upgraded stain removal which didn't happen. It's irritating to hire a company to clean my carpets and then require special stain treatments at an additional charge needed to clean my carpets,I will definitely use Zerorez again.

With the delivery of the rugs we had cleaned there was a major miscommunication about the delivery time. First I was told that my rugs could only be delivered on Tuesday or Friday which was inconvenient for me. I scheduled it for a Friday and made arrangements to leave work in Buckhead and be at home once I got the call that the delivery men were on their way. I was told the delivery window would be between 2 and 5. I was at work when Jason called that he was 25 minutes away and this was at 1pm. He was never told that my delivery window was between 2 and 5. Jason has taken it upon himself to make it right and is going to delivery our rugs next Thursday.

Damian was excellent, he did a few things I hadn't had done in my 2 previous visits (the yellow corner guards and the fans). He was very professional and polite.
