I liked the professional attitude of the representative that serviced my house. He came in asked what I wanted and told me what my options were. He started the cleaning process and in a short period of time he was finished.

I really like the product too. No offensive smell and it really did not take long to dry.

I've used Zerorez 3 times now and have been happy with the results. All 3 technicians have been courteous, helpful and proficient. No soap residue and carpets come clean and appear brighter.
