Very nice young man who did the job. The quality of the cleaning is superior to others I have used. The " pet enzyme" helped with the stain that was from our dog or cat. However, the charge for one small spot of enzyme was $90. That is outrageous!! believe I was told $45. For the pet enzyme when I was choosing your service by phone.
On the negative side, you are expensive. You advertise "three rooms and a hall for $130". Then my house should have cost around $260.-300. But it was much more than that- $425. I did not receive an adequate explanation for those charges. Once again, I thought the Enzyme charge was excessive. If It had been more reasonable I would have used it in several other places, where I needed it.
The service person was on time, courteous, very professional, and did an excellent job. I commended her on the job she did.

I would definitely recommend your carpet cleaning services; however, we had some area rugs cleaned and it took almost 14 days to have them returned, so I would not recommend your area rug cleaning services.
