I only requested the basic service and didn't pay for additional products or services. Thought pricing was very reasonable and expect to hire you the next time if comparable price is available.

I like that the technician takes his shoes off and that chemicals aren't used on my carpets. I do see a difference after the cleaning and the carpets dry in a very short amount of time. Appointments are easily made and I like the follow-up email and a call letting me know that the technician is on his way to my home.
The people you have are lovely. It was very easy to set up an appointment and the services were well-performed. You're certainly not cheap, but your people are professional and well trained. That's worth something.

The Zerorez process did a great job cleaning my carpet. Most of all the technician that cleaned my carpets was very, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The Zerorez pricing wasn't very competitive.
