I would do everything in my power to keep him around because he has a rare personality that draws people to him. Very educated and well spoken young man. This young kid was full of energy, engaged in conversations with me the customer and acted in a professional manner. He worked hard, explained the process and gave me options for future services with Zerorez. Second, so far, we are pleased with zerorez and the carpet cleaning services. Thanks, and we hope to use you guys soon to retouch the carpets.
