friendly associates, thorough job on my floors

We like no chemicals. The technician would go over a stain several times when we asked.
After drying , there were a couple of stains that showed up, one that we hadn't noticed before and one that we didn't notice until the carpet dried. Would like those re-done.
But, Neals was very accommodating and polite and efficient.

I liked your associate, Tim, the best. He was polite and clean cut. He was efficient and did a great job cleaning our basement carpet. Hold on to him!

Product seems very effective at cleaning with minimal moisture, and my service tech Jarvis was professional, kind and very considerate.

Got rid of spots that I didn't think were able to be removed. The carpets being clean made the whole house smell so much better.

The service tech that came to the house was extremely nice and very professional. He was there about an hour and cleaned 3 rooms and the hallway. The floors look and smell fantastic! We would definitely use them again.
