The first thing I was impressed with was the first call to schedule the appointment. The customer service was great, and very accommodating. Before my technician came to the house I received a call saying he would be arriving within the hour, and he was right on time. My technician was Jared Cheek, and I cannot give him enough thanks for the job he did. He was informative, ask us if we had any special needs, ask us to check his work when he was done, and did a great job throughout the job. He is a wonderful representation of Zeroez. He ask us about air duct cleaning, and we agreed it will have to be done soon. So, the product did what it said it would do, customer service was great, and you should Xerox Jared for being such a great technician, he was great. Thanks so much you have a forever customer.
