My carpet is 16 years old. When Zerorez finished, it looks like new. Technician was professional, explained everything and was finished quickly. He also respected that I worked from home and cleaned the area that I worked first.
Only one small spot apparently did not come out and reappeared the next day. They came back and took care of it within a day and it is fine now.

Without pretreating any of the high-traffic areas it cleaned the carpets extremely well!

The guy, Josh, who came out to clean our carpets in a newly bought home was very professional and extremely nice. Sadly, our AC wasn't working, but this didn't deter him. The carpets looked wonderful! Some of the rooms even looked new. One really high traffic area still showed, expectedly. However, for me it was less of how it looked and more of knowing they were clean since I have a 6 month old son who is currently crawling/face planting everywhere.

The technician was amazing. She was kind, polite, knowledgeable, even remembered our names and our dog's name. She explained everything to us and answered questions we did not even know we had. She did an amazing job!!

I do need to speak with someone regarding the charge though. I only did one room and added pet enzyme so whatever put me past the minimum $129 fee. I shouldn't have been charged 3 rooms plus pet treatment. I discussed this when co firming the appointment. Thank you.
