The office was totally flexible w/ scheduling my appointment; I had to change it 3 times! They were polite and sympathetic to my situation. The technician called before arriving, and was here EXACTLY on time. He was clean, informative, articulate, well versed with his product, not aggressive in offering additional services, assisted me in making the right choices for my home, was efficient, and very fast. No mess, no fuss, just clean carpets! There was no chemical smell, because there were no chemicals used! Thank you!!
