Good service, very accommodating, at least for onsite services. Delivery schedule needs improvement for those area rugs that have to be taken back to the shop and delivered after they are cleaned.

We had an excellent experience with Zerorez this past weekend as they cleaned our carpets.
Jeremy, explained everything he planned on doing in advance and followed through in every aspect. The carpets are now clean and dry and the house looks great. Just in time before all our guests arrived today.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. The product was safe, smelled fresh, and the carpets looked very clean. The technician made recommendations but did not pressure us to purchase additional services. In the end we did go with the recommended protectant

I have had our off white carpets cleaned by other companies. After a month, the pet stains reappeared. Zerores cleaned them twice in the last couple of years, those stains never appeared again. This is the only company that I will ever use.

The job was done very well and timely. The most impressive experience was with the contractor who performed the job, James Vo. He was extremely polite and positively responded to anything we asked for. James is a model for CRM there is no way one could improve upon his customer approach.
