My 15 year old carpet looks brand new...
The technician was prompt, friendly (funny) and competent. Two days out the carpets look great. I am anxious to see how they look after a week/first vacuuming (following the instructions to wait 3 days for chemicals to sink in). If it holds up, I'll be back for the rest of the house!
My carpets look amazing and the folks that have come each time have been so helpful and always tell us everything we need to know and to help us get the most out of the carpet cleaning. They always tell us of other services and leave a discount card if I would like to try it. It has just been a good experience each time.
Your service is excellent; always on time and aim to please.

Our 20 year old carpets look new again. We had gotten quotes to replace them but reconsidered now that zerorez showed up. Damien, the technician, was a true professional and did an extremely thorough job.
Organic cleaners
I am very happy with the way the carpeting turned out and my technician, Ryan, was very conscious about not dinging walls when carrying tubing and equipment up and down enclosed staircases. I should have done this years ago.
You are welcome to share my comments but not my name, please. I also want to note what a professional technician you have in Ryan. He's a keeper.
