First, we were able to get an appointment quickly and the time we needed it. The service was quick and effective. Stains came out of our carpets that we haven't been able to remove. Our carpet dried quickly, as well.

Great job on cleaning the carpets, so I would recommend for carpet cleaning. We had 3 area rugs cleaned as well and it took almost 2 weeks so I would not recommend you for area rug cleaning.

I had a spot on the upstairs landing where the dogs sleep. It was very stained and I really didn't think that we could get the Georgia clay out....but he did! Great job and the carpet looks almost new again!

I have used Zerorez twice and have been highly satisfied both times. The young men who came out to my house were polite and professionally dressed for the job. My carpet looked fantastic after they finished cleaning. With past companies I have used my carpet was soaking wet for several hours. With Zerorez the carpet was a little wet but dried quickly. I will not use another company to clean my carpets as long as Zerorez is in business.

Scheduling online was so easy!

Doug contacted me prior to the appointment and arrived promptly . He was personable, knowledgeable and performed his job with professionalism and skill. He was so kind to our dog , warning her of the noise etc. Our carpet is fresh and clean and looks brand new!! Thank you Zerorez and Doug!
