The amazing way it cleaned up the "Stanley steamer" spots of residue that was left behind when they suggested we pay for a scotch guard treatment. I will never use them again, actually when the most wonderful Damian was here, my room mate upstairs called and had him also do their carpets on the same day, and it was no problem to zerorez or Damian.

There was no strong odor of chemicals. The carpets felt clean, as if they had just been clean with water. The carpets that were cleaned were in a rental property that I own. They had not been clean for six years. Zerorez was able to get every single stain out of the carpet and make them look brand-new. I was amazed at how good of a job this company did.
