Client Testimonials
This review is for carpet cleaning. No problem with carpet cleaning or service people.
The results once the carpet is cleaned. The professionalism of the techs.
It works without a doudt.
It was such an easy process. Josh was our technician and explained how the empowered water worked and how it got the carpet cleaned. He was very polite and extremely helpful. He is a great representative of Zerorez. I will be using you again soon!
Prompt, courteous service. Excellent result.
The work was great and the technician is a great representative for your company. I will use the service again and will request the same technician if possible.
Tech was very nice and got the job done quickly.
Great Job
Avery arrived promptly and immediately set to work setting up his equipment. He thoroughly explained the services and treatments that were going to be completed that day. The house looks and smells great.
They get the carpet clean without chemicals.
How well they clean and sanitize the carpet?
Construction stains and my aging dog's incontinence turned a basically unused carpet into a NASTY disgusting piece of ....eeew. I didn't want to WALK on it, much less serve my in-laws Thanksgiving dinner. Zerorez must've ripped it all out and installed new floor covering, because it looks fantastic now. It did take a night of airing out the house before my lungs could handle the fumes. (Not unpleasant, but strong. ...I have asthma.) Polite, experienced technician. (Fast, considering what he was up against.) Beautiful result.
prompt and thourough
