I'm most impressed by the quality of work. Our technician this time was especially nice and very professional. I could tell he took pride in his work. I also like the fact that whenever I have a spill on my carpet, all it takes is a little water and a dry towel to blot and out comes most stains. Punctuality, thoroughness, my shining clean carpets. Shelby was just the best-respectful, hard-working, professional. My only complaint is that the prices are higher than elsewhere.
1. The cleaning process absolutely worked! Our 15-year-old upholstery, carpets and floors were impressively rejuvenated.
2. The two technicians who did the four-hour job were outstanding. They were efficient, knowledgeable, unfailingly polite, considerate and incredibly hard-working.
3. The techs performed numerous cleaning tasks at our request (we have a large house and two dogs) and while the process was not inexpensive, the difference Zerorez cleaning made was dramatic. Honestly, one gets what one pays for.
4. Compared to other cleaning processes with which we've been familiar, Zerorez uses less water and no soaps. Drying time was relatively brief and we detect no residue. Besides being visibly clean, everything smells great.
5. Customer service and follow-up has been flawless.
We are pleased that the products do not contain chemicals.
