I am totally impressed with James Vo. He represents the company like a professional. Because of him I will use you again. And anytime I call for service and I will call. I only want James Vo to come to my home. This man deserves any type of rewards Zerorez gives out to there employees he should get it. You tell him that I really appreciate his work that he did. Just tell him the Cherokee Indian Man. Thank you for sending him.

Products are great. A little highly priced. Don't like the $15 fee for the tech to come out. May stop me from contracting as many services as I initially thought I would.
