The guy, Josh, who came out to clean our carpets in a newly bought home was very professional and extremely nice. Sadly, our AC wasn't working, but this didn't deter him. The carpets looked wonderful! Some of the rooms even looked new. One really high traffic area still showed, expectedly. However, for me it was less of how it looked and more of knowing they were clean since I have a 6 month old son who is currently crawling/face planting everywhere.

The technician was amazing. She was kind, polite, knowledgeable, even remembered our names and our dog's name. She explained everything to us and answered questions we did not even know we had. She did an amazing job!!

I do need to speak with someone regarding the charge though. I only did one room and added pet enzyme so whatever put me past the minimum $129 fee. I shouldn't have been charged 3 rooms plus pet treatment. I discussed this when co firming the appointment. Thank you.

Technician was very kind and explained everything in detail. Products used smelled good and although carpeting in some of my rooms were old and worn it still looked better after cleaning.

No Chemicals. The serviceman ( James Amerson ) presented himself and the company well. He introduced himself, asked what we needed to have done, explained what was going to happen and went to work. This was a challenge, the carpeting is older and he did a great job. When he was finished he asked me to check and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and was there anything else he could do. He also informed us of all the other services Zerorez offered, We would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them.
